Protein French Toast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 300g egg whites

  • 2 whole eggs

  • vanilla extract

  • cinnamon

  • 1 scoop of protein (25g of protein per scoop)

  • 5 slices of whole wheat bread or low carb 

Instructions:

1.) Heat stove to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 

2.) Mix all ingredients (besides the toast)

3.) Stir well (Your protein powder may chunk together but try to mix those chunks as small as possible)

4.) Cut 5 slices of whole wheat bread or low carb into small cubes!

5.) Place cubed bread into an oven pan. Pour in the mixture.

6.) Wait 20 minutes and check on the casserole. (It should rise up and not be wet)

7.) Take it out and let cool.

8.) (Optional) Once cooled, add on sugar free maple syrup and a little powdered sugar.

8.) Enjoy!
