Which Program Is Right For You...

The right program for you is the one that is best suited to your lifestyle, your level of training experience, and is sustainable for you.

For example, if you only have the capacity to train three times a week, then don't select a guide that requires you to train five times per week. While you might keep that up for a few weeks, you'll likely find yourself feeling overwhelmed by trying to fit your life around your training, rather than making exercises and movements work around your life.

Remember, more isn't necessarily better, and there is never a 'one size fits all' approach to health, nutrition, and movement.

For beginners, there is a program designed to introduce you to new exercises in the gym. There are video demonstrations of each exercise. I recommend educating yourself on the movements before you go to the gym, so you're familiar and comfortable doing those exercises there. There are also at-home programs you can try to prepare your body for the gym. My 'Ultimate Beginner Bundle' includes 12 weeks of at-home workouts and 12 weeks at the gym, allowing you to begin your fitness journey right.

For intermediate levels, these programs are designed for those who have some experience with strength training. They know how to perform compound movements like squats, hip thrusts, bench presses, or deadlifts. If you feel confident doing other free weight movements and have some experience with drop sets or supersets, this level is for you.

For advanced levels, these programs are for those who feel confident doing all variations of different compound lifts. If you're ready for this level, you should also be prepared to tackle a variety of training systems, such as progressive overload, drop sets, supersets, tri-sets, and more.
